The WoundStick® Measuring System provides documentation products for medical facilities, specialists and sales departments. 

Accurate measurements and documentation is the best way to determine if the wound is breaking down, healing or if a change should be made in a patient’s treatment plan.  The WoundStick® Measuring System provides a method to accurately measure, document and monitor changes in all types of wounds. Our product line includes the tools to accurately measure, document, photograph and monitor your patients in order to provide valuable treatment information.
The WoundStick® Measuring System includes the following products:
The single use, non-sterile 10cm WoundStick® (WS10) or 20 cm WoundStick® (WS20) and the WoundStick® Tunneler (WST15) are used to determine the width, length and depth of a wound. 

If many different specialists are working with a patient, we suggest you purchase add our Derma Square© and DermaLevel© products. (sold separately). These additional tools assist with consistency and accuracy of each measurement regardless of how many different specialists are measuring a patient’s healing progress.

To photograph a wound and show the location, width, length, and depth of the wound in the photograph, our products are designed to "stand out" in a photograph. We also provide several adhesive products,

Once a facility uses The WoundStick® Measuring System, they tend to stay with the product line. We have had many customers for over 20 years.

As mentioned, another important part of evaluating the wound is measuring the undermined areas of a wound. "The WoundStick® Tunneler is our favorite product", says Ian Aman, Physical Therapist at Vencor-Oaks at Avon, "We have used it for the last year and a half. It is not as messy as the cellophane product and we find it to be more accurate. It's especially good for depth ... before using the Tunneler, we had to use the Q-tip... even a wisp of cotton that got into the wound during the inflammatory stage would keep the wound in that stage. The WoundStick® Tunneler is the only product we use. I've even shared this product with our outpatient facility."

Our current customers are getting accurate undermining information by using the WoundStick® Tunneler. Desiree Diocson, Springfield Health Care Center, tells us "We love this product ... all of us do. We actually get the depth of the undermining in centimeters. We can document the progress of the wound, identify the depth and see the healing progress of the wound every week".

The WoundStick® WS10, WS20 and WST15 products are all used to measure width, length, depth or potentially undermining for your patient’s wounds, edema, scars and post-operative wounds. Each product provides more accurate measurements when used with the DermaSquare© and the DermaLevel©, which are available upon request.  

PHOTOGRAPHING A WOUND, UTILIZING the WoundStick® Measuring System ADHESIVE products.
The WoundStick® Measuring System is designed to be used in photo documentation. Our products enhance the wound photograph to assist with healing. Ask about our 5cm ( 2.5” x 3/4”) x and 10 cm (5”x 3") 3M adhesive products. All of our adhesives may be customized with your company logo 
(minimum order requirements).
